Two festive ales have been produced for the season –
Goldings Balls returns, after last years collaboration with Hopcraft Brewery this year, Gazza’s team member, Jay came to brew in Swansea contributing to an ale with four leaf hops from Britain, U.S and New Zealand.
Festive Phoenix is a new, reddish brown winter ale with complex malt and single (Phoenix) hop flavours.

An explosion of hop flavours rocks your senses in this antidote to orthodox Christmas ales. For it’s strength it is light, clean tasting, complex and subtle, with Goldings, Nugget and Admiral used for late hopping and Waimea hops used for the dry hopping this beer tantalizes your taste buds and takes you back to the bar for another (drink responsibly).
This British winter ale has complex darker malt flavours from roasted barley, chocolate malt, caramalt and malted wheat. Phoenix are the single hops, introduced three times in the brewing process to create a counterbalancing taste and aroma to form a well balanced beer.
